I’m an enigma in the kitchen. I cannot cook a frozen pizza. That being said, you’d be amazed to know that my first Thanksgiving after I moved out, I prepared an entire feast for my family…and burned nothing. It was a huge hit (unfortunately) and now I’m the designated Thanksgiving dinner chef. Awesome.
I like to experiment in the kitchen. I find a lot of my recipe ideas on AllRecipes. It’s great because I can modify the number of servings. This means sometimes I end up needing 1/4 of an egg yolk though… I also enjoy making old family recipes, too. This means that I sometimes end up with servings of Pork Cubes and Noodles for 20…
For those of you who are interested in my Kitchen Adventures (or nightmares), I’m posting some of my recipes on this page. You can find them on the blog too, this is more of an archive…but it’s still cool.
and now…The Recipes!
